
Chloe Haddad is a devoted yoga teacher trained under Mugs McConnell & Terri Mc Dermott in the Hatha/Sivananda lineage, completing both her 200- and 300-hour certifications. Her classes weave together breath, alignment, and soulful intention, creating space for students to slow down, reconnect, and feel deeply at home in their bodies.
With years of experience as a massage therapist and an ongoing journey into Ayurveda, Chloe brings a holistic approach to yoga—honoring not just movement, but the mind, energy, and spirit that flow through each practice.

Join me Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm at So Hum Studio for a gentle, grounding yoga practice. My classes blend traditional yoga, mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation to help you unwind from the day, reconnect with your body, and restore balance.
