
Chloé Haddad is a guide of rhythm, rest, and remembrance, a yoga teacher, Ayurvedic bodyworker, and practitioner devoted to helping others return to the innate wisdom of their bodies. Her path has been shaped by years of yoga practice, study, and lived experience, where Ayurveda slowly revealed itself not as a system to master, but as a language of listening. Through breath, and movement, Chloé works with the subtle currents of digestion, the nervous system, and daily rhythm, inviting balance where life has become hurried or fragmented. By the time this retreat begins, she will be a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, anchoring her intuitive approach in classical training while honoring the wisdom that comes from embodiment.
