Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems, originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It focuses on restoring balance within the body, mind, and spirit by understanding your unique constitution and the root causes of imbalance. Rather than treating symptoms, Ayurveda supports deep healing through lifestyle guidance, nourishing therapies, and a return to harmony with nature.

Beginning in May, I will be starting my Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) internship as part of my studies through the California College of Ayurveda.
During this time, I’ll be offering Ayurvedic wellness consultations, where I can help support you with things like digestion, daily routines, lifestyle habits, and simple food and herbal recommendations to help you feel more balanced in your everyday life.
Ayurveda looks at the whole person, body, mind, and spirit, and focuses on small, practical changes that can improve how you feel day to day. Many imbalances begin in digestion and lifestyle rhythms, so together we explore ways to bring the body back into harmony.
If you’ve been experiencing things like bloating, sluggish digestion, low energy, stress, poor sleep, or feeling “off” in your body, Ayurveda offers gentle, natural tools to support your system.
This is a beautiful opportunity for me to continue deepening my studies while supporting my community on their healing journey.
More details will be coming soon if you’re interested in being one of my practice clients during internship.

This rejuvenating Ayurvedic facial massage works with marma points, subtle energy points of the face to support circulation, lymphatic flow, and the movement of prana throughout the body. Gentle massage techniques release tension held in the face, jaw, and temples while soothing the nervous system.
Warm oils and a comforting steamed towel help open the pores and nourish the skin, leaving the face glowing and the whole body feeling deeply relaxed.

A warm, rhythmic Ayurvedic oil massage using dosha-specific herbal oils to nourish the tissues, soothe the nervous system, and ground excess Vata. This treatment promotes circulation, supports detoxification, and brings the whole body into a state of deep rest.

A herbal steam treatment traditionally paired with Abhyanga to further soften the tissues, open the channels, support detoxification, and release stagnant energy. Helps with stiffness, dryness, and lymphatic flow.

A profoundly calming therapy in which a warm stream of oil flows gently across the forehead (ajna chakra). This treatment quiets the mind, relieves stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and resets the nervous system.

Starting in May, I will begin the clinical internship portion of my Ayurvedic Health Counselor training through the California College of Ayurveda.
During this 6-month internship, I will be offering comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations at a discounted rate under the supervision of one of my professors.
These in-depth sessions are approximately 2- 2.5 hours, during which I will explore what is happening in your body, mind, and daily life. Together, we will start to identify the root cause of your discomfort—often beginning with the digestive system—and create a personalized basic plan to guide you back toward balance and wellness.
