Join Jessi & Chloé for a heart-centered Valentine’s experience designed to deepen intimacy, presence, and connection with your beloved.
We will open our time together with a warm cacao ceremony — a sacred plant medicine known for softening the heart, awakening compassion, and allowing love to flow more freely. Together, you’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect to the essence of why you chose each other.
Through gentle partner stretches and simple, guided partner yoga, you will explore trust, playful connection, and the art of supporting one another — physically, emotionally, and energetically. These movements are accessible to all bodies and require no yoga experience, only an open heart.
We’ll seal the evening with a soothing sound bath, inviting relaxation, harmony, and a shared sense of inner peace. Leave with your hearts full, your nervous systems softened, and your bond nourished from the inside out.
This evening is an invitation to remember love — not just as romance, but as presence, support, breath, devotion, and soul-to-soul connection

Join me for a gentle Tea & Talk where we explore simple Ayurvedic self-care practices you can bring into your daily life in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and nourishing.
Ayurveda teaches that healing doesn’t come from doing everything, but from doing what truly supports you.
This gathering is an invitation to learn a handful of time-tested practices and discover which ones resonate with your body, lifestyle, and season of life.
Together we’ll talk through and gently explore:
• Self Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil self-massage)
• Tongue scraping
• Neti pot
• Eye wash
• Meditation & simple pranayama
• Daily routines (Dinacharya) that help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported
This is not about perfection or adding more to your plate.
It’s about learning what’s available, and remembering that you can take one… or take them all.
We’ll sip tea, move slowly, ask questions, and create space for curiosity rather than pressure. This talk is perfect if you’re new to Ayurveda, feeling overwhelmed by wellness information, or simply craving a softer, more intentional way to care for yourself.
Come as you are.
Leave with simple tools you can actually use.
