Join us September 25th–27th for a deeply nourishing weekend retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return home to yourself.
Nestled in the beauty of nature at The Lynx Run in Big Rapids, Michigan, this immersive experience invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of rest, healing, movement, and meaningful connection.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be guided by four heart-centered women offering a blend of Ayurvedic bodywork, yoga, pranayama, restorative practices, Reiki, Tarot, Chi Nei Tsang, Vedic bodywork, creativity, nature immersion, sauna, cold plunge, fireside connection, and quiet reflection. Every offering has been thoughtfully curated to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being as we transition into autumn and the changing of seasons.
Expect nourishing meals, slow mornings, grounding practices, deep exhale moments, and the kind of connection that reminds you what it feels like to truly be present. Whether you are seeking restoration, clarity, healing, inspiration, or simply time to breathe, this retreat is an invitation to soften, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom within.
Come as you are. Leave renewed.

The wisdom of the lower body.
Join Alissa and Chloe for an immersive workshop exploring the deep connection within the body from the soles of the feet to the top of the core — the diaphragm.
Together, we’ll examine the physical, energetic, and emotional influences that shape and affect the lower body and core, and how these patterns influence stability, mobility, posture, breath, and overall well-being.
Through guided movement, somatic awareness, breathwork, and discussion, participants will explore grounding through the feet, support and alignment through the legs and pelvis, and the relationship between the pelvic floor, core, and diaphragm as centers of strength, balance, and connection.
Chloe will also guide attendees through hands-on massage techniques, fascia release, and practices designed to support emotional release and deeper connection within the body. These techniques are intended to help unwind tension patterns, improve mobility and circulation, and create space for both physical and emotional integration.
This workshop is designed to leave you feeling more connected, supported, and aware in your body while offering practical tools for movement, release, restoration, and healing. Open to all levels and bodies.
